SUMMARY:Language in the age of AI
DESCRIPTION:Eastern Standard Time (-5 GMT) \n\n\n\n\n\nAbout the Presentation\n\n\n\nIn today’s rapidly evolving digital landscape\, artificial intelligence is transforming how we communicate\, understand\, and process language. From chatbots and virtual assistants to machine translation and content creation\, AI is reshaping the fabric of human interaction. What does this mean for the way we use and value language? \n\n\n\nThe paragraph above was created by ChatGPT (who\, by the way\, also made the image). It then continues: “While AI offers remarkable opportunities\, it also poses significant risks. Automated systems can perpetuate biases\, misinterpret context\, or even spread misinformation at scale. The rise of AI-generated text and deepfakes challenge our ability to discern truth from fabrication. Furthermore\, there’s a concern that over-reliance on AI tools may erode linguistic diversity\, creativity\, and critical thinking\, as human input takes a back seat to machine efficiency.” \n\n\n\nSo\, if all of this is true\, what does it mean for human evolution? More specifically\, what does it mean for the evolution of human thinking\, and what is the future of human language? This webinar is going to explore these questions in the light of Rudolf Steiner’s spiritual science. \n\n\n\n\nSIGN UP FOR THE WEBINAR HERE\n\n\n\n\n \n\n\n\nAbout the Presenter\n\n\n\nJoachim Faust is a professional linguist\, language teacher\, and translator. He holds a Ph.D. in Slavic Languages and Literatures from the University of Kansas\, and has spent his whole life learning and teaching different languages. In addition to teaching\, in recent years Joachim has also been working as a language annotator and translator for an AI company. He is originally from Germany\, and has been living in the U.S. for over 30 years.

SUMMARY:The Leonardo da Vinci Principle
DESCRIPTION:And the Role of Medical Practitioners in Making Eurythmy a Counterweight to Technical Development. \n\n\n\n\n\nEastern Standard Time (-5 GMT) \n\n\n\n\n\nAbout the Presentation\n\n\n\nTechnological advancements from artificial intelligence to virtual reality are profoundly reshaping human perception and consciousness. As Rudolf Steiner warned this increasing entanglement with material technology risks diminishing human autonomy and spiritual awareness. \n\n\n\nYet history shows a parallel development between technology and the arts—a balance embodied by Leonardo da Vinci whose work oscillated between scientific invention and artistic creation. Just as Leonardo’s artistic perception sharpened his technical innovations and vice versa Eurythmy fosters a heightened sensitivity to etheric forces allowing practitioners to counteract the sensory and emotional numbing effects of modern technology. \n\n\n\nMedical practitioners in particular play a crucial role in bringing this principle to life. By integrating Eurythmy into their practice they can actively support the cultivation of a holistic human experience helping individuals reconnect with their inner vitality and balance the mechanistic demands of external lifestyles with the profound healing powers of their inner worlds. \n\n\n\nThis lecture researches the Leonardo da Vinci Principle as a framework for understanding the role of Eurythmy as a vital counterweight to technological development in everyday life and in healing. What steps are necessary  to achieve this integration? What potential pitfalls must be avoided? \n\n\n\n\nSIGN UP FOR THE WEBINAR HERE\n\n\n\n\n \n\n\n\nAbout the Presenter\n\n\n\nTheodor Hundhammer is the founder of Eurythmy4you\, where he produces the videos and is responsible for the content. He has an eurythmy therapy practice in Bern and Biel\, Switzerland\, offering online sessions and in-person classes. \n\n\n\nAfter earning a degree in mechanical engineering\, Theodor worked for four years as a plant engineer at WALA-Heilmittel GmbH\, during which time he explored the spiritual significance of technology for humans. He later studied Eurythmy and Eurythmy Therapy in the Netherlands and Germany. In addition to his therapeutic work\, he worked with FAIRMED from 2007 to 2011 as a project administrator for health initiatives in Africa and Asia. From 2011 to 2020\, Theodor served as board member and president of the Eurythmy Therapy Professional Association Switzerland. \n\n\n\nTheodor’s work integrates his engineering background\, his spiritual and therapeutic exploration of Eurythmy\, and his commitment to global health and healing.

SUMMARY:The Twelve Senses
DESCRIPTION:and their Relation with our Time \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nUgolino da Siena: The Last Supper The Last Supper\, tempera and gold on wood by Ugolino da Siena\, c. 1325–30; in the Metropolitan Museum of Art\, New York City. Judas Iscariot (seated at front left) is the only apostle here without a halo. \n\n\n\nAbout the Presentation\n\n\n\nAs technology keeps developing so does our interaction with it. This is more than just a mere use of tools or devices\, it is a relationship that molds and shapes us as human beings and our technology as well. This relationship is one of the utmost significance\, that of creator and creation. \n\n\n\nWhere do our senses come into play? As everything around us appeals to our intellect\, where do they stand? Where do we stand in our relation with them? They have accompanied us for such a long time that we take them for granted and if that is not the case\, what can we do to not lose the perceptivity that they offer? \n\n\n\n\nGet the Recordings Now\n\n\n\n\n \n\n\n\nAbout the Presenter\n\n\n\nAleodor Lazarescu lives in Bucharest\, Romania. SUMMARY:Through the Logic of the Heart to Inner Peace
DESCRIPTION:In How to Know Higher Worlds\, Rudolf Steiner teaches that inner peace and the ability to distinguish the essential from the non-essential are fundamental to attaining higher knowledge. The book says that a higher man lies dormant within all men until awakened through conscious effort. This higher self can only grow and unfold in the tranquility of inner peace. The capacity to discern what is truly essential arises out of this place of calm and unbiased perception. \n\n\n\nWhat are the steps that lead us to inner tranquility? Christian Community priest Armen Tougu posed this very question and\, in response\, a practical\, heart-centered approach was inspired. This method—known as Inner Peace or The Logic of the Heart—has since inspired many lives. Widely practiced in group settings across Europe\, it is now beginning to take root in the West. \n\n\n\nSally and Karola will take you through an immersive exploration of the Inner Peace Meditation\, a profound practice to cultivate balance\, clarity\, and a relationship with one’s higher self. This meditation works with the laws of feeling\, empowering you to navigate life’s emotions with equanimity\, strength and a higher perspective. We will introduce the Inner Peace method and guide you through the meditation experience. There will be time for reflection\, sharing insights\, and asking questions. \n\n\n\n\nClick Here To Register\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAbout the Presenters\n\n\n\nKarola Thurman:\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nI am Karola and I am from Germany. I moved to the USA in my early 20’s. I studied Psychology at SUNY and earned a MSW at VCU. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker I worked with diverse cultures\, clients with various ages and diagnoses\, inpatient and outpatient\, public agencies and private practice. \n\n\n\nI heard about Anthroposophy while visiting my sister in Germany. I began my anthroposophical studies with Daniel Hafner who was the CC Priest in Devon\, PA. I joined a group in Alexandria\, VA. When I moved to Florida I continued studying alone. \n\n\n\nDuring the Pandemic\, I took MysTech courses and translated the “First Course Study Guide” into German. I was introduced to a meditation practice developed by Armen Tougu\, a CC Priest in Stuttgart. He applied Rudolf Steiner’s “How to Reach Higher Worlds” and trained many individuals in European countries. I took several courses in Stuttgart to immerse myself in this meditation methodology. Then\, Sally and I began to facilitate a weekly online practice group. \n\n\n\nSally Greenberg:\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nSally\, a mother of three\, lives with her family in Northern California’s Bay Area. She has always felt that her years as a student at the Honolulu Waldorf School was the most significant part of her formal education. Today\, she is a dedicated student of anthroposophical speech and studies the organic thought forms in Rudolf Steiner’s books with the “Organic Thinking” method based on George O’Neil’s foundational work. \n\n\n\nMeditation has been a cornerstone of Sally’s life since childhood\, leading her to explore a wide range of approaches over the years. Today\, she finds profound value in practicing Rudolf Steiner’s meditation techniques\, alongside those inspired through Christian Community priest Armen Tougu. In her experience\, both methods—when practiced consistently—cultivate a deepened sense of truth\, which Sally sees as essential for navigating and making sense of today’s complex cultural landscape. \n\n\n\n\nClick Here To Register

SUMMARY:The New Violin
DESCRIPTION:The Lifetime Work of Franz Thomastik\n\n\n\n\n\nEastern Time Zone (-5 GMT)\n\n\n\n\n\nA musical Instrument is a tool to share sound with others. How do we find the source of music? What does an Instrument need to transfer music into the realm of hearing? These questions have accompanied me since I started this work some 50 years ago. We will explore the essence of musical instruments and Franz Thomastik\, Violinmaker\, Vienna. (1883 – 1951). His work began an anthroposophical Group of Violinmakers in Austria. \n\n\n\n\nClick Here To Register\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAbout the Presenter\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nArthur Bay is a master violin maker. Although he was born in Scotland in 1957\, his workshop is in Hamburg\, Germany which is now his country of residence. He attended the Rudolf Steiner School of Edinburgh . Some 50 years ago he left Scotland to do an apprenticeship in Violinmaking. As a young master violin maker\, he was commissioned to build Stringed Instruments following the ideas of Thomastik. His research has been on original instruments by Thomastik and his pupil Karl Weidler. \n\n\n\n \n\n\n\n \n\n\n\nAbout the Host\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAleodor Lazarescu lives in Bucharest\, Romania.
